Our Washington, D.C. based certified yoga, meditation and breathwork instructors adapt the teachings, traditions and philosophy of these ancient practices to modern life in an effort to create more space for you to thrive.
We travel to homes and studios in the DC area. Select areas of Maryland and Virginia are also available upon request. We work with all degrees of yoga expertise - from beginners to advanced practitioners.
Sessions are held on an ongoing, weekly basis. Private yoga rates are comparable to private psychotherapy, personal training, and bodywork rates.

Vinyasa
Active, fluid and strength building. Vinyasa style yoga in a home setting increases flexibility, creates mental space and builds body awareness.
What you’ll need: Yoga mat, blocks and strap
Yin
Long holds and passive floor postures. Yin yoga lengthens connective tissue and increases flexibility. Excellent for stress reduction and anxiety relief.
What you’ll need: Yoga mat, yoga bolster or blocks
Pranayama
The yogic practice of connecting to your breath. Exercises focused on breath can be paired with yoga/meditation or practiced alone. Encourages higher levels of mindfulness and emotional regulation.
Meditation
Build your meditation practice with guidance. A training in awareness and perspective, meditation in a home setting equips you with the skills to navigate the ever changing landscapes of life.
Svadhyaya
Translated as self study - incorporate the practice of reading or reciting yogic or sacred texts as a regular practice. Notice the shifts in your perception and awareness and peacefulness.
